Sarah V Bundy, Founder and CEO
Sarah is an Internet Marketing Specialist with over 12 years of sales and marketing experience. She has been a top performer for more than a dozen multimillion dollar corporations in her lifetime, won multiple awards for sales and service throughout her career and now leads a team of highly skilled internet marketing specialists within the company she founded in 2009. Sarah is also a contributing member of the Performance Marketing Association’s Industry Advancement Council. She believes in ethical pricing, integrity in business, providing exceptional service and that energy and persistence conquer all things.
Iain Bundy, COO and CFO
Iain comes from an investment and operations background of some of the most respected investment firms in Canada. Trained by some of the leading Investment managers in the country, Iain brings organization, leadership, focus and an analytical mind to the table. With many great accomplishments and 7 years experience in the financial industry, Iain’s greatest achievement was playing the key role in creating the fastest growing private practice in Investor’s Group 80 year history.
Carolyn Kmet, Chief Marketing Officer
Carolyn brings over 13 years of performance marketing expertise to All Inclusive Marketing. Prior to joining the team, Carolyn was the affiliate marketing director for Groupon. In this role, she was honored with the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award for Affiliate Manager of the Year 2010, and the New Advertiser of the Year 2011 award from Commission Junction. Prior to joining Groupon, Kmet led the client services team at ShareASale.com, a Chicago-based affiliate network. Kmet has also managed affiliate programs at Orbitz, CollectiblesToday.com and MyPoints.com. She is an adjunct lecturer at the Loyola University of Chicago, where she teaches both undergraduate and MBA level e-marketing courses. Kmet holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, a MSJ from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Steve Manes, Chief Strategy Officer
Steve Manes, a veteran in the Digital Marketing space with over seven years of experience, is the Chief Strategy Officer for All Inclusive Marketing . Before starting at AIM, he was the Head of Affiliate Marketing in North America at Groupon. At Groupon, he was tasked with growing the Affiliate program revenue and launching new affiliate partnerships while also developing, promoting and growing Groupon’s internal affiliate platform, Groupon Partner Network. Before joining Groupon, Steve spent the greater part of six years running affiliate programs at Sears Holding Corporation, Rakuten LinkShare and Intertwine Interactive. On top of his affiliate experience, he also ran SEM, SEO, Social and emails campaigns for YearsAhead.com, a subsidiary of Sittercity and for Target Data. Manes has a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Steve currently lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two kids.
Jeremiah Desmarais, Chief Revenue Officer
Jeremiah is an award winning insurance marketing executive, strategist and digital marketer. He has over 23 awards and recognitions for his revenue boosting initiatives at start ups and established Fortune 100 companies alike. He is ranked by Direct Marketing News as one of the country’s Top 40 Direct Marketers Under 40. He is the co-creator of one of the most popular insurance sales and marketing roadshows in the financial services industry and author of several white papers, as well as a guest speaker at various marketing events and workshops. He was one of the first six employees at Norvax, a company that experienced 1503% growth in just three years, and made it to the Inc 500 fastest growing companies in the US… twice.
Jon Levine, Director of eCommerce
Jon Levine is 13-year veteran of the online marketing industry and current Director of eCommerce for All Inclusive Marketing. Throughout the last decade, Mr. Levine has held the position of Director of Marketing for companies in industries such as luxury motor yachts, retail e-commerce, and GSA-contracted federal government sales. Jon has also been the founder of several online startups, such as TheBuzzNYC and AfterLock.com. Jon studied communications at the University of South Florida where he held various leadership positions in on-campus organizations. After college, Mr. Levine spent several years in the broadcast news business, having served as both a producer and on-air talent. Jon has always had a ‘people-first’ philosophy when it comes to marketing and knows that it is the relationships forged between people that leads to success. Whether it’s shaking hands with someone on the street or reaching them through the vast expanse of the internet, it is that connection that makes us successful.
Julia Stanescu, Analytics & Strategy
Julia is a professional with a track record of making things happen in highly competitive environments. One of her passions is driving business growth by building outstanding relationships with customers. With over 6 years of sales and project management experience and a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Communication, Julia has worked successfully in the internet & advertising industries helping companies achieve results. For AIM she’s driven to acquire new business, understanding the needs of each company she’s interacting with, and create long term value for them in order to achieve results and growth.
Jared Mumford, Director of Search Marketing
Jared is an SEO specialist with over 15 years in the internet technology sector and 8 years as a lead SEO. Having worked in technical, entrepreneurial and managerial roles, Jared effortlessly brings a team together by liaising between team members, enabling solutions and providing thought leadership. Passionate, detail oriented, and a classic critical thinker, Jared has become recognized as a top SEO, consulting for over 100 businesses, agencies and organizations including TELUS International, Disney Online Studios, the Fraser Health Authority & Rights and Democracy. He continues to consistently create sustainable ROI for all clients, and relentlessly pursues and tests the latest SEO trends.
Kevin Webster, SEM Manager
Kevin started in internet marketing as an affiliate publisher in 2002. From there, he went on the work in enterprise level Paid Search management in multiple verticals, including consumer retail/e-commerce, B2B product and service, and not-for-profits. He also utilizes analytics software such as Google Analytics, heat mapping, click mapping, and customer profiling to increase on page conversion rates, ultimately leading to higher conversions. Off line, Kevin is an avid photographer and fly fisherman, and a very happy, lucky husband of ten plus years.
Lindsay Viscount, Search Marketing Specialist
Lindsay has worked as a search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and internet business specialist for over 8 years. She has a certificate in Marketing & Communications Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology as well as a Diploma in Digital Design from the Art Institute of Vancouver. She has been working as AIM’s search marketing specialist for over one year and consistently produces positive ROI for our SEM clients.
Diana Scarbrough, Account Manager
Diana Scarbrough has worked in the online marketing industry for over 14 years, working for both startups and established companies. Her experience and understanding of online marketing spans a broad spectrum of industries, including publishing, entertainment software, green and environmental, and cosmetics and skincare. During her career she has worked as a writer, producer, product manager, affiliate manager, and ecommerce manager. Her broad ecommerce background has contributed to successfully engineering numerous promotions for both small businesses and well-known brands. Scarbrough has a M.A. in English and American Literature from New York University and a B.A. in English and Communications from Hunter College.
Julianne Babcock, Account Manager
Jules is an experienced writer, editor, and social media manager, previously leading PR for a UK based creative company called Raspberry Rain Ltd. With a background in Communications from Capilano University, she is passionate about Affiliate Marketing, Social Media and Digital Advertising. Jules works closely with affiliates to build relationships, creative high value add opportunities between multiple players, and focuses on continued growth for the programs she manages.
Frank Ravanelli, Account Manager
Frank has been a growth-oriented online marketeer since 1995. He built a successful track-record with social media, affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, ePublishing, leadership, coaching. Achievements in start-ups and mature companies include re-launching and re-branding an Internet company. Increasing revenues of his business unit by over 1797%. Contributing to the growth of a startup, from $0 to over $108 Million in value.
Alina Radinsky, Account Manager, Social
Alina is an experienced marketing, communications and social media manager with a Bachelors of Communications & Media Studies from Simon Fraser University. Her clients have ranged from education to e-commerce companies. With an entrepreneurial approach, she puts together social media strategies that are community-aligned, goal-oriented and unique to her clients’ needs. She has a proven track record for accomplished results in growing brands across all social media platforms, their brand credibility and achieves a high ROI/ROA. Alina embraces outside-the-box thinking to generate exceptional results.
Char Polanosky, Account Manager
Char Polanosky is an experienced web professional who has a unique skill set. Polanosky has been a professional web developer since 1997 who has designed web sites for a wide range of clients. She has used her knowledge in affiliate marketing, social media, community building, and creating content rich sites to build successfully monetized web sites of her own in the kids and family sector. In 2011, Polanosky was mentioned in the acknowledgements and one of her sites was featured as an example of how to use affiliate marketing in a blog in the book Mom Blogging for Dummies by Wendy Piersall.
Caitlin Floer, Publisher Development
After graduating with honors from BCIT’s Marketing Management program, Caitlin began her career with AIM in Publisher Development. She contributed to the growth of our client’s programs by cultivating relationships with affiliates and ensuring their continued success. Now in a Brand Development role, Caitlin helps companies grow their brand by determining how to profitably extend their reach in the digital marketing space. She is dedicated to providing a customized experience for our clients by building powerful relationships and prioritizing honesty and integrity.
Meaghan Causton, Publisher Development
Meaghan has an entrepreneurial spirit. She joins the All Inclusive Marketing Team with over 10 years of business operations experience as an entrepreneur and an education in marketing from BCIT. She prides herself on her ability to identify long and short-term opportunities while delivering high quality results in fast paced and challenging environments. Key to her success is a “customer first” focus, and the ability to inspire strength, passion, and deliberate execution in an amazing team. This belief has played a part in over 20 nominations and awards for Service and Business Excellence throughout her business experiences. Her track record is grounded in her understanding that a community is the heart of every business, and that you get back what you put in.
Brad Williams, Publisher Development
Having grown up in a family of successful Entrepreneurs Brad has always been surrounded by a strong business mindset. Prior to joining AIM he boasts 10-years of successful work experience in Luxury Retail/Wholesale, Fitness, and Construction industries. Earning a diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT with the end goal of taking his career to the next level. Whilst at AIM Brad has been working to develop new and existing affiliate relationships. Highly adaptive and a big believer in creative collaboration; Brad has worked with numerous brands driving sales in both B2C and B2B environments.
Paolo de Guzman, Senior Graphic Artist
Paolo is an interactive designer and All Inclusive Marketing’s Creative Director. He has designed and directed everything from websites and identities to flash games and mobile applications. Paolo brings 10 years of creative and design experience to the team. He has worked with numerous design and advertising agencies in North America and Europe. Over the span of his career, he has worked on projects for companies such as Mansion, Sandisk, Mercedes-Benz, Hallmark and Memorex. For AIM, Paolo specializes in creating high quality, high converting creatives for our clients.
Connor Kane – Analyst
Connor is an analyst specializing in consumer behavior and operational efficiency. With a background in finance and economics, Connor has over 4 years of experience in using data and technology to drive value for clients and businesses in sales and marketing. With his degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, Connor will provide valuable insight for AIM and it’s clients as we strive to be the dominant leaders in digital marketing.
Lisa Hahn – Senior Strategist
Lisa has worked in the world of advertising since 2007, with experience in full-service agency advertising, advertising sales, account management and affiliate marketing. Her true love for culture, marketing, and people stems from her Bachelors of Sociology degree from the University of Southern California. Lisa is experienced in building relationships, growing business, driving sales, and facilitating communication.
Tara Davies – Publisher Development
Tara is a recent graduate from BCIT and joins AIM with over 10 years experience in the restaurant industry. She prides herself on building long-term relationships with clientele and delivering exceptional customer service. She was also recently involved with an independent magazine where she helped the company establish international relationships, with strategies that enabled an increase in distribution channels.
