Team – Sarah Bundy

Sarah Bundy

Founder + CEO

Sarah is an Internet Marketing Specialist with over 12 years of sales and marketing experience. She has been a top performer for more than a dozen multimillion dollar corporations in her lifetime, won multiple awards for sales and service throughout her career and now leads a team of highly skilled internet marketing specialists within the company she founded in 2009. Sarah is also a contributing member of the Performance Marketing Association’s Industry Advancement Council. She believes in ethical pricing, integrity in business, providing exceptional service and that energy and persistence conquer all things.

Co-Founder + CFO

Iain comes from an investment and operations background of some of the most respected investment firms in Canada. Trained by some of the leading Investment managers in the country, Iain brings organization, leadership, focus and an analytical mind to the table. With many great accomplishments and 7 years experience in the financial industry, Iain’s greatest achievement was playing the key role in creating the fastest growing private practice in Investor’s Group 80 year history.

Team – Beth Schmitt

Beth Schmitt

VP of Performance Marketing

Beth, a proven performance marketing leader, joined the All Inclusive Marketing team in 2015. She brings with her nearly a decade of affiliate marketing and SEM knowledge with a proven track record of successful execution. Also, having years of experience in sales, client services and business development, she brings a valuable, broad business perspective to the team. Born and raised in the Motor City, Beth relocated to the picturesque beach town of Traverse City, Michigan in 2010 to start a family with her husband. Now, having two young children, she is passionate about children’s issues and making a difference in her community, so she volunteers her time to the Great Lakes Children’s Museum and sits on their Board of Trustees.

Phil Simmons

VP of Technology & Product Development

Phil, a veteran Internet professional, joined the All Inclusive Marketing team in 2016. He started his career in web design and development in the mid 90’s and has focused on digital marketing and ecommerce for the past 10 years. He served most recently as head of digital marketing and ecommerce for the Southwest Vacations brand. He also brings to AIM extensive technical expertise in marketing automation and software development. Phil holds a bachelor of arts degree from Rollins College and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. Outside of work, you can find Phil fishing or creating music.


Patrick McGill

Director of Business Development

Patrick has six years experience working with both the affiliate and network side (in the UK) of affiliate marketing. He worked his way to Sales Director for the travel industry at VeInteractive, a technology company focused on improving advertisers’ conversion rates.He then leveraged this business experience when he became Brand Commercial Manager for Affiliate Window, the UK’s largest affiliate network, where he was responsible for bringing on Tier One brands. During his career Patrick has worked with some of the UK’s largest travel brands; Tui, Thomas Cook and He truly believes in the growing incremental traffic and sales for his clients and also sharing his unique affiliate and network perspective with them. Fulfilling his lifelong dream to live and work abroad, Patrick now resides in Vancouver where he is enjoying his spare time by hiking in the forest.

Jason Lilien

Director of Affiliate Marketing

Jason holds a Master Degree in International Studies from a top Argentine University, and brings nearly 15 years of multi-channel marketing experience to the team. He was previously the Marketing Director for Blurb where he was focused on helping to drive customer acquisition and growth through digital marketing and global expansion programs. Prior to that, Jason worked with companies such as TravelSmith (HSN) and Marriott, where he oversaw a variety of online marketing, catalog, offline and other brand building and acquisition programs. As an analytically-driven and results based marketer, Jason is highly focused on utilizing data to test, measure and understand more complex performance questions such as channel attribution. He is passionate about helping clients to build international audiences, and currently bounces around between San Francisco, Florida and Barcelona.

Director of eCommerce

Jon Levine is 14-year veteran of the online marketing industry and current Director of eCommerce for All Inclusive Marketing. Throughout the last decade, Mr. Levine has held the position of Director of Marketing for companies in industries such as luxury motor yachts, retail e-commerce, and GSA-contracted federal government sales. Jon has also been the founder of several online startups, such as TheBuzzNYC and Jon studied communications at the University of South Florida where he held various leadership positions in on-campus organizations. After college, Mr. Levine spent several years in the broadcast news business, having served as both a producer and on-air talent. Jon has always had a ‘people-first’ philosophy when it comes to marketing and knows that it is the relationships forged between people that leads to success.

Jared is an SEO specialist with over 15 years in the internet technology sector and 8 years as a lead SEO. Having worked in technical, entrepreneurial and managerial roles, Jared effortlessly brings a team together by liaising between team members, enabling solutions and providing thought leadership. Passionate, detail oriented, and a classic critical thinker, Jared has become recognized as a top SEO, consulting for over 100 businesses, agencies and organizations including TELUS International, Disney Online Studios, the Fraser Health Authority & Rights and Democracy. He continues to consistently create sustainable ROI for all clients, and relentlessly pursues and tests the latest SEO trends.

Carolyn Kmet

Sr. Account Manager, Affiliate

Carolyn brings over 15 years of performance marketing expertise to All Inclusive Marketing. Prior to joining the team, Carolyn was the affiliate marketing director for Groupon. In this role, she was honored with the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award for Affiliate Manager of the Year 2010, and the New Advertiser of the Year 2011 award from Commission Junction. Prior to joining Groupon, Kmet led the client services team at, a Chicago-based affiliate network. Kmet has also managed affiliate programs at Orbitz, and She is an adjunct lecturer at the Loyola University of Chicago, where she teaches both undergraduate and MBA level e-marketing courses.

Char Polanosky

Sr. Account Manager, Affiliate

Char Polanosky is an experienced web professional who has a unique skill set. Polanosky has been a professional web developer since 1997 who has designed web sites for a wide range of clients. She has used her knowledge in affiliate marketing, social media, community building, and creating content rich sites to build successfully monetized web sites of her own in the kids and family sector. In 2011, Polanosky was mentioned in the acknowledgements and one of her sites was featured as an example of how to use affiliate marketing in a blog in the book Mom Blogging for Dummies by Wendy Piersall.

Diana Scarbrough

Diana Scarbrough has worked in the online marketing industry for over 14 years, working for both startups and established companies. Her experience and understanding of online marketing spans a broad spectrum of industries, including publishing, entertainment software, green and environmental, and cosmetics and skincare. During her career she has worked as a writer, producer, product manager, affiliate manager, and ecommerce manager. Her broad ecommerce background has contributed to successfully engineering numerous promotions for both small businesses and well-known brands. Scarbrough has a M.A. in English and American Literature from New York University and a B.A. in English and Communications from Hunter College.

Chrissy leveraged her background and education in the travel vertical to launch her affiliate marketing career in 2007 at The Mark Travel Corporation, working with well-known brands Southwest Vacations, United Vacations, and Funjet Vacations. Her strong organizational & communication skills, penchant for relationship building, and interest in the ever changing world of online technology, have contributed to her passion, love and success with the affiliate marketing channel. Chrissy is a Florida native and when she is not working she can be found hanging out with her two young boys.

Lisa has worked in the world of advertising since 2007, with experience in full-service agency advertising, advertising sales, account management and affiliate marketing. Her true love for culture, marketing, and people stems from her Bachelors of Sociology degree from the University of Southern California. Lisa is experienced in building relationships, growing business, driving sales, and facilitating communication.

After graduating with honors from BCIT’s Marketing Management program, Caitlin began her career with AIM in Publisher Development. Now in a Brand Development role, Caitlin helps companies grow their brand by determining how to profitably extend their reach in the digital marketing space. She is dedicated to providing a customized experience for our clients by building powerful relationships and prioritizing honesty and integrity.

Affiliate & Communications Manager

Bobbie began her online career in 1999 and has launched and lead some of the most successful affiliate marketing programs in N.A and the U.K., with brands such as, Lillian Vernon and She took an unknown program in the U.S., with less than 10 active affiliates in 2004, and turned it into their most successful marketing channel, winning the LinkShare International Merchant of the Year Golden Links Award in 2006. Bobbie brings years of digital and performance marketing expertise, energy, and her incredible network of top performing publisher partners to her current role. In her current role with AIM, she helps mentor the team and launch affiliate programs with their best foot forward. Bobbie is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University with a degree in Public Relations and Journalism.

Jules is an experienced writer, editor, and social media manager, previously leading PR for a UK based creative company called Raspberry Rain Ltd. She has leveraged her communications background to the benefit of AIM’s clients, along with her passion for Affiliate Marketing, Social Media and Digital Advertising. She has experience in the travel, SAAS, retail, B2B, and content marketing verticals and works with publishers world wide to build creative, high value add opportunities between multiple players. She focuses on driving continued growth for the client programs she helps manage. Jules has a diploma in Communications from Capilano University.

Having grown up in a family of successful entrepreneurs Brad has always been surrounded by a strong business mindset. Prior to joining AIM he boasted 10-years of successful work experience in the luxury retail and wholesale industry. During this period Brad also earned a diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT, with the end goal of taking his business career to the next level, leading him to AIM in 2014. Since then, he has developed key affiliate publisher relationships for a variety of different brands in the retail, SaaS, and travel industries. He thrives on creating highly relevant partnerships for both his clients and publishers alike, working with the popular bloggers as well as huge international networks.

Natalie is a passionate and driven digital marketing professional with a Bachelors of Commerce and a major in Marketing from Concordia University. This Montreal native has several years experience in the online and in-house marketing departments of small to medium-sized businesses. Her past experience working in affiliate marketing has allowed her to develop a keen understanding and knowledge of industry best practices, and successful strategies that drive winning merchant programs. Her day-to-day management experience across various verticals also helped her develop strong affiliate relationships. Natalie’s commitment to help others exceed their goals is what drives her to identify new opportunities for her clients, allowing them to achieve their e-commerce targets. She brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm in her role at All Inclusive Marketing.

Cassie’s online advertising has spanned more than five years. She specializes in building client relationships to ensure there is a clear understanding of how to represent a particular brand online. From Display Remarketing to Search Advertising – Cassie’s expertise addresses all aspects relating to paid search. If you are looking to get your business on the top of Google, Cassie is the go-to gal for success! She is also Google Adwords Certified and received her B.A. in Communications from St. John Fisher College. When she is not online, she is most likely snuggling her chihuahua or teaching yoga.


Connor Kane

Attribution and Data Analyst

Currently the lead analyst at AIM, Connor studied finance at the University of Central Florida. Connor merges his analytical mind and desire to find creative solutions to problems with his deep passion for behavioral economics and consumer behavior. Connor uses a variety of tools to create models and finds insights through data analysis. As lead analyst, he gets to learn about a variety of clients, all with their own specific digital marketing needs. Connor provide support by creating detailed attribution reporting, dashboards, and optimization recommendations that help shape high ROI campaigns.


Leenie Morrissette

Compliance Specialist

Although Leenie’s first language is English, she has the unique skill of sign language being her second voice. She is a graduate of the University College of the Fraser Valley to study American Sign Language. From there she started working with high behavioral special needs adults, and became a deaf/blind interventionist. When Sarah invited her to join the AIM team as an intern, she jumped at the opportunity, starting with list building duties. In Leenie’s spare time she is a musician and is about to release her second album in 2016.


Hunter Boyle

Conversion Optimization & Digital Strategist

Hunter is an adventurer, business builder and international speaker. He’s been producing triple-digit gains since the dot-com days, led marketing and sales teams at AWeber, 1800 Hotels and MarketingExperiments, and has worked with brands such as Google, HubSpot, Copyblogger, Unbounce and LeadPages. In 2015, Hunter launched Optimization Copilot, helping e-commerce and B2B clients grow with content and conversion strategy, consulting and coaching. As a leading authority on optimization, and former editor of Internet Marketing Report, Hunter’s passion for training has fuelled over 400 articles, webinars and workshops. He’s currently based in Melbourne, Australia, where he’s enjoying real coffee, reconnecting with his street art past and helping promote the regional craft beer scene.


Leanne Rousseau

Publisher Development Specialist

Leanne joined AIM with over eight years of digital media experience. She applies her creativity to all aspects of her job, whether it’s a visual or logic-based task. In her current role she has been instrumental in identifying and connecting bloggers with the most appropriate programs for their brands. These relationships help both the affiliates and our clients grow their businesses and connect with consumers online. Leanne also conducts proactive publisher monitoring to ensure a positive customer experience, and a level playing field for all publishers participating in each of our clients’ affiliate programs.


Paolo de Guzman

Graphic Designer

Paolo is an interactive designer and All Inclusive Marketing’s Creative Director. He has designed and directed everything from websites and identities to flash games and mobile applications. Paolo brings 10 years of creative and design experience to the team. He has worked with numerous design and advertising agencies in North America and Europe. Over the span of his career, he has worked on projects for companies such as Mansion, Sandisk, Mercedes-Benz, Hallmark and Memorex.
