AIM began managing the affiliate program after being managed in-house. After brand re-positioning as America’s Optical Store following a product expansion, outlined goals to acquire new customers and grow affiliate revenue.



To better track new customer sales, AIM helped implement a new customer tracking pixel and introduced a tiered commission structure to incentivize new customer acquisition. As part of the re-introduction of the program, the account team focused on strategic recruitment of new partners and optimization of existing publishers. This ultimately led to a more diverse portfolio of actively selling publishers and allowed for reduction in commission fees for existing customer sales and to publishers who are not actively engaged with the program.
