Objective

The Mark Travel Corporation was running an affiliate program on two different networks with the majority of affiliates converting on lower-profit domestic bookings. Recognizing the need to optimize the program they turned to All Inclusive Marketing to build and implement a winning strategy. The goal was to lower the overall cost of the affiliate program while increasing the profitability of all vacation options on offer.

 

Outcome

Through adjustments to commission structure, and applying a focused messaging strategy that communicated long term benefits to affiliates, AIM’s efforts shifted the balance to improve international bookings with a strong 15% increase since program launch.
