As the visionary leader of AIM, Sarah is a Digital & Performance Marketing Expert with over 18 years of successful sales and marketing experience. She focused on high value new customer acquisition, strategically profitable revenue growth, and incrementality that drives meaningful results. Sarah is rated a Top 100 Female Entrepreneur in Canada, considered an expert in performance (affiliate) marketing by the New York Times, and lives and breath's her DIGG motto every day: to Delight, Innovate, Grow and Giveback.

Founder & CFO

Iain comes from an investment and operations background of some of the most respected investment firms in Canada. Trained by some of the leading Investment managers in the country, Iain brings organization, leadership, focus and an analytical mind to the table. With many great accomplishments and more than 15 years experience in the financial industry, Iain’s greatest achievement was playing the key role in creating the fastest growing private practice in Investor’s Group 80 year history.

BETH SCHMITT
VP of Performance Marketing

Beth, a proven performance marketing leader, joined the All Inclusive Marketing team in 2015. She brings with her nearly a decade of affiliate marketing and SEM knowledge with a proven track record of successful execution. Also, having years of experience in sales, client services and business development, she brings a valuable, broad business perspective to the team. Born and raised in the Motor City, Beth relocated to the picturesque beach town of Traverse City, Michigan in 2010 to start a family with her husband. Now, having two young children, she is passionate about children’s issues and making a difference in her community, so she volunteers her time to the Great Lakes Children’s Museum and sits on their Board of Trustees.

JODI RIEGER
Senior Account Director

Jodi is a seasoned digital marketer with over a decade of experience in performance marketing on both the network and agency sides. She has had the pleasure of working with brands like Toys R Us, Saks Fifth Avenue, Zipcar, and The Wall Street Journal. Besides being passionate about digital marketing, Jodi is also passionate about her coffee, her friends, her book club, and spending time at home with her family where you can almost always find a pajama-dance-party in progress.

Director of Search Marketing

Jared is an SEO specialist with over 15 years in the internet technology sector and 8 years as a lead SEO. Having worked in technical, entrepreneurial and managerial roles, Jared effortlessly brings a team together by liaising between team members, enabling solutions and providing thought leadership. Passionate, detail oriented, and a classic critical thinker, Jared has become recognized as a top SEO, consulting for over 100 businesses, agencies and organizations including TELUS International, Disney Online Studios, the Fraser Health Authority & Rights and Democracy. He continues to consistently create sustainable ROI for all clients, and relentlessly pursues and tests the latest SEO trends.

JASON LILIEN
Account Director

Jason holds a Master Degree in International Studies from a top Argentine University, and brings nearly 15 years of multi-channel marketing experience to the team. He was previously the Marketing Director for Blurb where he was focused on helping to drive customer acquisition and growth through digital marketing and global expansion programs. Prior to that, Jason worked with companies such as TravelSmith (HSN) and Marriott, where he oversaw a variety of online marketing, catalog, offline and other brand building and acquisition programs. As an analytically-driven and results based marketer, Jason is highly focused on utilizing data to test, measure and understand more complex performance questions such as channel attribution. He is passionate about helping clients to build international audiences, and currently bounces around between San Francisco, Florida and Barcelona.

DARRYL MASON
Director of Business Development

Darryl brings over 12 years of sales experience with 6+ years in performance marketing from both the agency side at AffiliateTraction and network side at Pepperjam. Darryl has acquired some of the largest Canadian and US merchants and enjoys working with C-Level executives uncovering their pain points. When not glued to his phone, Darryl loves spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He likes to keep active either in the gym or riding bikes with the kids and like a true Canuck, spends many hours in the hockey arena or at gymnastics.

JON LEVINE
Director of eCommerce

Jon Levine is 14-year veteran of the online marketing industry and current Director of eCommerce for All Inclusive Marketing. Throughout the last decade, Mr. Levine has held the position of Director of Marketing for companies in industries such as luxury motor yachts, retail e-commerce, and GSA-contracted federal government sales. Jon has also been the founder of several online startups, such as TheBuzzNYC and AfterLock.com. Jon studied communications at the University of South Florida where he held various leadership positions in on-campus organizations. After college, Mr. Levine spent several years in the broadcast news business, having served as both a producer and on-air talent. Jon has always had a ‘people-first’ philosophy when it comes to marketing and knows that it is the relationships forged between people that leads to success.

Sr. Account Manager

Diana Scarbrough has worked in the online marketing industry for over 14 years, working for both startups and established companies. Her experience and understanding of online marketing spans a broad spectrum of industries, including publishing, entertainment software, green and environmental, and cosmetics and skincare. During her career she has worked as a writer, producer, product manager, affiliate manager, and ecommerce manager. Her broad ecommerce background has contributed to successfully engineering numerous promotions for both small businesses and well-known brands. Scarbrough has a M.A. in English and American Literature from New York University and a B.A. in English and Communications from Hunter College.

Joanna is a multichannel marketing expert with over 16 years experience in performance and online marketing. Her proficiency in affiliate marketing makes her an invaluable member of the All Inclusive Marketing team – her experience from both the advertiser and publisher perspective provides her with a unique and valuable understanding of the needs and goals of both perspectives. She also has experience and proficiency in SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, global affiliate marketing, global online marketing, site navigation and usability and user experience. With AIM, Joanna is responsible for management of clients’ affiliate marketing needs including publisher recruitment, program optimization, revenue growth, network integration and program migration. She loves the performance marketing industry – the creativity and nimbleness of the publishers and the ever changing industry landscape is a driving force - and values her industry relationships as the most critical piece of her passion for this industry and her success.

Her passion for teamwork and relationship building are mirrored in her work, volunteer life and home. Jen enjoys spending time with her husband, son and extended family, wine tasting and dining out with friends, traveling and watching Boston’s teams.

Erin has worked in the affiliate marketing space for 6+ years and has had the opportunity to work as a publisher and managing clients in her career. She has the opportunity to work with award winning companies in the health and beauty, office supplies, high end fashion verticals and most notably, in the travel space. Recently, she’s launched and maintained affiliate programs globally with a strong focus on EMEA, LATAM and the Americas and has had the opportunity to build strong, lasting partnerships to further grow both her clients and the partners she works with. Not just a strong believer in data and digging into it, she also has a strong attention to detail that can’t be beat. Erin is your typical Canadian that loves hockey and saying “Eh” and can tell you where to get the best poutine in Montreal. Ask her about her adventures abroad as a digital nomad or her love of dogs!

Account Manager

Maria's analytical approach and her get-it-done attitude have moved her forward in her digital marketing career. With an academic background in physics and HR, as well as marketing and sales experiences in industries ranging from tech and professional services to retail and non-profit, Maria has both the quantitative understanding of marketing metrics and strategies and the cognitive knowledge of consumer behavior under her belt. Maria likes being 'useful', as she puts it - it is important for her to bring value to others in whatever she does. Outside work, she enjoys a good training session at the swimming pool, trying out a new craft beer bar with her friends, baking cakes and cookies for someone's birthday (or just because it's Sunday), and traveling anywhere she hasn't yet been.

Hailie joins the AIM team offering a creatively diverse marketing background of over 10 years' experience, most recently offering digital marketing support to 5-diamond properties. She is eager to stay atop trends and developments in the marketing realm, having recently obtained HSMAI's Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer certification. Receiving her Industrial Design degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design, her passion for marketing has segued from product and graphic design, web design and optimization to an ever-expanding interest in the digital marketing space, fueled by a constant drive to see innovative ideas flourish and numbers grow.

For the last eight years, Adam has continued to obtain both a strong sales and customer service background. In addition to his skills, Adam received his Bachelors of Arts Degree, in Marketing & Communications. Throughout his academic career, Adam has developed a keen understanding of SEO & CPC marketing. In a continuously changing industry, Adam believes it is crucial to frequently think outside of the box, thus continually bringing fresh ideas to the table. Chrissy leveraged her background and education in the travel vertical to launch her affiliate marketing career in 2007 at The Mark Travel Corporation, working with well-known brands Southwest Vacations, United Vacations, and Funjet Vacations. Her strong organizational & communication skills, penchant for relationship building, and interest in the ever changing world of online technology, have contributed to her passion, love and success with the affiliate marketing channel. Chrissy is a Florida native and when she is not working she can be found hanging out with her two young boys.

CONNOR KANE
Attribution and Data Analyst

Currently the lead analyst at AIM, Connor studied finance at the University of Central Florida. Connor merges his analytical mind and desire to find creative solutions to problems with his deep passion for behavioral economics and consumer behavior. Connor uses a variety of tools to create models and finds insights through data analysis. As lead analyst, he gets to learn about a variety of clients, all with their own specific digital marketing needs. Connor provide support by creating detailed attribution reporting, dashboards, and optimization recommendations that help shape high ROI campaigns.

Partner Development Manager

Andrea has a broad background in digital marketing with experience in paid search, email, and performance marketing for B2B and B2C brands. She’s successfully built and fostered the performance-based relationships for clients in various verticals and prides herself on her ability to seek out and present mutually beneficial opportunities to grow their programs. When she’s not online, Andrea is usually practicing yoga, riding her bike, or off on another adventure.

In her spare time, Ansi is involved in social welfare and community projects in informal settlements around Cape Town.

After 10 years in the Transportation and Logistics industry, Mark joins the AIM team as a Support Account Coordinator. Mark holds a certificate in Marketing Management & Marketing Communication from British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has a broad background in event marketing and has collaborated on various social media campaigns. Mark’s diligence and organizational skills enable him to be multi-faceted within the company. His passion for marketing lies in data mining and analytics. These two areas allow him to make new connections and discover new insights.

Over the span of his career, he has worked on projects for companies such as Mansion, Sandisk, Mercedes-Benz, Hallmark and Memorex. For AIM, Paolo specializes in creating high quality, high converting creatives for our clients.
