Ten years at the same company is no small feat! Especially in such a fast-paced world as affiliate and performance marketing. But for one AIMer, it’s been more than just a career milestone; it’s been a journey of growth, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments.
To celebrate this incredible anniversary, we sat down with Chrissy to reflect on her decade with AIM, from her first nervous day as a remote employee to leading people, talent, and culture across AIM and the broader Plus Company.
Q: Wow, 10 years is a big milestone. How does it feel to still be here at AIM after all this time?
A: It’s incredible to think I have been with AIM for 10 years. Looking back, it feels like a journey of growth and learning. I’m filled with a sense of pride and gratitude. Simply put, I love what I do every day and who I do it with. I wouldn’t want to spend my days anywhere else!
Q: What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think back to your start here?
A: I remember how nervous I was. Starting over after 24 years at my last company and jumping into remote work felt intimidating. Looking back now, I can’t imagine working any other way. Being home for my kids and skipping the traffic has been a game-changer.

Q: What’s changed the most about the company since you joined?
A: Definitely our growth. Back in 2015, AIM felt like a small family business with Sarah and Iain Bundy at the helm. With the Plus Company acquisition in 2020, we became part of a global media network of 27 agencies. But what’s amazing is that we’ve kept our close-knit culture even as we’ve scaled.
Q: How has your role evolved over the years?
A: I started as a Senior Account Manager in 2015, learning agency life with some incredible clients. Three years later, I shifted to the people side of the business, which became my passion. Since then, I’ve grown into the Director of Talent and Culture at AIM and now also serve as a Talent Manager at Plus Company, working with departments from finance to IT. It’s been a journey of growth and a reflection of AIM’s commitment to growing its people.
Q: What accomplishment are you most proud of from your time here?
A: I am most proud of the successful transition and growth from an account management role to a leadership position focused on people, talent, and culture. Seeing our team members grow into confident leaders themselves has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a privilege to help them build the skills to listen, be empathetic, and create an environment where everyone feels heard and valued.

Q: What do you look forward to with your future at AIM?
A: With our position as part of Plus Company, I look forward to continuing to build on our success while also maintaining the unique culture that has always made AIM feel like a family. On a personal level, I am excited to continue my work with our talented team, helping them grow into exceptional leaders and people.
The past 10 years have been an amazing journey of growth, and I’m ready to see where the next chapter takes us, both at AIM and across the larger Plus Company network.
A decade in, it’s clear that Chrissy’s impact goes far beyond job titles and milestones. She’s helped shape AIM’s culture, supported countless teammates, and proven that growth comes from choosing faith over fear (and maybe laughing at yourself every once in a while).
Here’s to ten years of leadership, heart, and humor, and all the exciting chapters still ahead. Happy AIMiversary, Chrissy!
