Sarah Bundy
As an award winner (Top 40 Under 40 & Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in Canada), a recognized expert in the industry by the New York Times, a Top 50 Industry Player several times over, and one of the most sought-after speakers in the Performance Marketing industry, Sarah is the founder and CEO of All Inclusive Marketing. Having spent nearly 20 years in strategic sales and digital marketing growth, Sarah’s passion is in setting the standard of excellence in everything that she does and DIGGing (Delighting, Innovating, Growing and Giving back) every day while she pushes her team to deliver the best possible client experience and partnerships within the industry.
Sarah loves spending time with her family and friends, travelling the world and writing during her free time.

Iain Bundy
Iain comes from an investment and operations background of some of the most respected investment firms in Canada. Trained by some of the leading Investment managers in the country, Iain brings organization, leadership, focus and an analytical mind to the table. With many great accomplishments and more than 15 years experience in the financial industry, Iain’s greatest achievement was playing the key role in creating the fastest growing private practice in Investor’s Group 80 year history.

Senior Account Director
Jason Lilien
Joining AIM in 2015, Jason brings over 15 years of diverse marketing experience to the team. As a strategic and data-driven marketer, Jason has managed all digital and performance-based channels; as well as lead global teams across offline partner programs, PR, and experiential event marketing. He was previously the Marketing Director for Blurb where he focused on international growth, customer acquisition, and brand building. Prior to that, Jason lead offline marketing programs and analytics for TravelSmith (HSN) and Marriott. He enjoys building rock-star teams, geeking around with numbers, and figuring out how to put it all together to build out world-class strategic plans for his clients.
Jason is based in Barcelona, Spain, speaks a few languages, is passionate about the world, and spending as much time as possible in the mountains.

Senior Account Manager
Natalie Filion
Natalie joined AIM in 2015 and has over 7 years of experience working in digital marketing. She is a passionate and driven individual who has successfully launched and managed several affiliate programs for companies in the health & fitness, retail, and travel verticals. Her education in Business, and experience in affiliate marketing, has allowed her to develop a keen understanding of industry best practices and successful strategies that drive winning programs. Her commitment to helping others exceed their goals is what drives her to identify new opportunities for her clients, allowing them to achieve their ecommerce targets.
In her spare time, Natalie can be found reading a good book, attending a yoga class, skiing, or spending time with her family.

Account Director
Jen Watson
Jen joined the All Inclusive Marketing team in 2017 with over 13 years of digital sales and marketing experience. After years in sales and ecommerce, Jen was ready for a change and moved to performance marketing where she established an affiliate program for a gaming startup. Whether building, growing or refurbishing affiliate programs, Jen’s experience combined with a passion for problem solving fit perfectly with program management. Enjoying the social aspect of client management, Jen’s strong relationship skills combined with her passion for analytics and strategy have helped her to develop, shape and grow programs across several verticals.
Outside of work Jen is married with one son. She enjoys entertaining, cooking, travel, cheering on Boston’s teams with her family and she never misses an opportunity to spoil her son, niece or nephews.

Learning and Development Manager
Jules Johnson-Babcock
Jules completed a Communications Diploma and began an internship with AIM in the Fall of 2012. Since then, she’s specialized in Social Media, Affiliate Account Management, Network/Platform Selection & Program Launches, Onboarding New Clients, Client Services, and most recently, Learning & Development.
Jules’ previous experience has enhanced her ability to strategize, project manage, and develop new processes with ease. With years of experience managing programs within the SAAS, Travel, B2B, and B2C industries, Jules is now implementing in-depth learning and development programs within AIM. Training and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth is something she is incredibly passionate about.
She’s proud to be Canadian but lives in the UK and will never say no if you offer her cheese! Jules also finds cooking and disaster movies relaxing.

Brand Marketing Manager
Ashley Klotz
Joining AIM in 2017, Ashley’s organized and creative style has truly shined in her work. Juggling all content requests across all brands, her strong communication skills and attention to detail keep her on the ball and up-to-date will all her client’s needs. With over 20+ years working in a variety of customer service roles and environments, Ashley adapts easily to each client and works seamlessly with a diversity of partners, keeping everyone as happy as possible. Thanks to the 10+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Ashley is AIM’s resource for tips, ready-to-post content, and more!
In her spare time, Ashley can be found chasing after her daughter, singing karaoke, sharing ghost stories, and binge-watching shows with her husband instead of catching up on sleep.

Director of Talent and Culture
Chrissy Malukiewicz
With a diverse background in corporate operations and a decade of experience in affiliate program management, Chrissy brings a wealth of expertise to the table. She recognizes that the key to a successful company lies in its people. Joining AIM in 2015 to spearhead a leading program in the travel vertical, Chrissy discovered her true passion for supporting individuals and driving internal corporate initiatives. As our Director of Talent and Culture, Chrissy’s friendly, caring, and helpful nature creates a positive atmosphere, bolstering AIM’s culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Chrissy is a Florida native and outside of work, she can be found hanging out with her two young boys, her dogs, and even some cows.

Business Intelligence and Operations Manager
Mark Goco
Mark joined All Inclusive Marketing in 2016 as a Support Account Coordinator with over 10 years in the Transportation and Logistics industry. Mark is our Vancouver-based Business Intelligence and Operations Manager. He holds a certificate in Marketing Management & Marketing Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has a background in event marketing, marketing management, and has collaborated on various social media campaigns. Mark is passionate about identifying issues and providing solutions by optimizing and streamlining processes.
When Mark is not working, he enjoys adventurous activities such as hiking, martial arts training, and downhill mountain biking. He is also a major advocate of delicious food and is always ready with an in-depth restaurant suggestion at a moment’s notice.

Growth Solutions Manager
Scarlett Dixon
Joining AIM at the beginning of 2020, Scarlett has extensive international experience working with brands across Europe, China, US, and Canada. Throughout her career, Scarlett has worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including e-commerce, technology, and finance. As an expert in affiliate marketing, Scarlett’s primary goal is to help brands grow their business.
Scarlett has a proven track record of success in driving revenue and increasing brand visibility through affiliate marketing strategies. Her expertise lies in developing and executing affiliate marketing programs that align with her clients’ business objectives. She also excels at building strong relationships with her clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance every step of the way. Her passion for affiliate marketing and her dedication to helping her clients succeed make her a valuable asset to the AIM team.
Beyond work, Scarlett is an avid adventure seeker traveling to new destinations as often as possible. She loves to ski, dance, try new foods, and laugh until it hurts.

Katey Harrison
Joining the AIM team in 2020, Katey brings her digital marketing experience and creative mindset into the world of affiliate. With a Master of Business Administration alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Katey possesses a symbiotic understanding of both general business practices as well as human behavioural psychology. Katey enjoys working as a team and building strong lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Katey enjoys photography and spending time with her friends, family, and Olly (her Boston Terrier puppy).

Senior Account Manager
Megan Kelly
Joining AIM in 2021, Megan’s quick-on-her-feet thinking and ability to pivot at the right time has led her on a journey into affiliate marketing. With a background in marketing and managing a large multi-purpose nightclub and music venue, as well as owning a successful craft beer and wine establishment, Megan has the experience to market across multiple channels and manage many ongoing projects within strict timelines and expectations. Megan enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in situations that require an “out of the box” strategy.
When she isn’t at work you can find Megan playing soccer, exploring the great outdoors, trying new adventurous menu items paired with a tasty craft beer, and traveling to places far and wide.

Associate Account Manager
Makenzie Hall
With a well-rounded education in business, economics, marketing, and art, Makenzie has found many opportunities in a variety of interesting industries due to her devotion to continuous learning. She has worked as a customer service specialist, an affiliate program developer, an eCommerce channel manager, a brand developer, an advocator for non-profits, and a construction business manager. Helping brands grow has always been her guiding light, continually being the most rewarding part of her career. This is why she joined AIM in 2021 as an Associate Account Manager. She loves having the daily opportunity to help partners and clients grow.
Outside of work you’ll find her camping, skiing, rock climbing, or paddleboarding. She also enjoys reading, watching tv shows with strong character development, and exploring colors by painting.

Senior Account Manager
Jennifer Payne
Joining AIM in 2021, Jennifer comes from the intense world of startups – ranging from the angel investor stage to taking a company public. With a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and more recently, working the last 3 years with affiliate marketers from the publisher role, Jennifer brings a fresh perspective with a wide range of experience, aptitude for growth, and passion to the performance marketing world. All this is fostered through her commitment to cultivating strong relationships both externally and internally.
When not being excited at AIM, she’s even more excited to spend time with her precocious daughter and spirited husband visiting theme parks, going on nature walks, playing board games, or watching anything based on a true story.

Associate Account Manager
Shang Liu
With a passion for marketing and international business, Shang joined the AIM family in July 2021 as a Publisher Development Associate. She comes from a professional background in the international pharmaceutical business and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Combining her traditional marketing experience with an eye for innovative marketing trends and industry insights, Shang has developed a strategic business understanding of both the dynamic world of digital marketing and the solid foundations of marketing management. She believes in enthusiastically championing the right fit between a publisher’s values with those of their partners at AIM.
When not at work, she loves to spend hours pouring over classic and contemporary literature, hunting and restoring vintage clothing, and planning her next cross-cultural adventures.

Associate Account Manager
Zana Talijan
Joining the AIM team in 2021, Zana brings experience in client relations, negotiation, strategic implementation, project management, and problem-solving. Zana understands that building a successful client relationship depends on trust and open communication. Her passion for digital marketing and helping clients and partners alike reach their goals has led her into the world of affiliate marketing.
Zana has a number of passions that include reading, photography, painting, and traveling. She loves spending time with family and friends and meeting new people.

Account Manager
Nate Sielk
Bringing a passion for building relationships while creating and executing strategies, Nate joined the AIM team in 2021. With a background in account management, Nate started working in higher education administration before venturing into startups in eCommerce and marketing. Using his experiences in business development, negotiations, and analytical strategizing, he helped grow and retain accounts; and found new and creative ways to best present brands in their markets by utilizing data with strategy.
When Nate isn’t working, you can find him trying to get more stamps on his passport and trying new foods. When he’s not traveling, he’s with his friends trying new beers, playing spikeball, or sand volleyball.

Mesa Stevens
Mesa joined the All Inclusive Marketing team in 2021 with 5 years of experience specializing in helping companies develop, implement, and optimize their sales and online marketing strategies. As well as, experience in international affiliate marketing growth, leadership, recruitment, and optimization of affiliates and affiliate networks. Mesa’s education in Psychology and her experience have allowed her to develop a keen understanding of industry best practices and thinking outside the box strategically to drive winning programs.
When she’s not working, Mesa enjoys exploring the outdoors with her three kiddos and husband.

Account Manager
Tali Chester
Joining Aim in 2021, Tali comes with over 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry and brings an optimistic and creative outlook to the AIM team. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment and development of face-to-face and high-value donors, telemarketing, affiliate marketing, and event fundraising. Skilled at negotiations and relationship building, Tali is often the mediator in group settings.
Originally from London, England, Tali now calls Vancouver home after having traveled around the world helping develop strategic fundraising plans for non for profits. Along with walking her sweet pug, she enjoys dancing, yoga, listening to music, being in nature, and can often be found reading a book in a local coffee shop.

Account Manager
Riley Francisco
Joining AIM in 2021, Riley comes from a background in digital marketing, business development, and client relations in various industries ranging from cybersecurity to nonprofits. Along with managing and growing accounts, Riley has experience in developing marketing campaigns and designing digital content to assist with these strategies. Riley has a passion for connecting people and understands building authentic relationships with transparent communication is key to success. Riley takes on any challenge with an enthusiastic attitude, creativity, and a big smile, making her a valuable asset to brands managing their affiliate programs.
Outside of work, Riley loves practicing yoga, delving into any creative art projects, hiking along the California coast, traveling to new countries, or enjoying live music with her loved ones.

Anastasia Fisenko
Hailing from Berlin start-ups, Anastasia joined AIM in 2021 and brings over 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile engagement, fintech, and eCommerce. Her previous roles as an account executive sharpened her perception of clients’ needs and strife for delivering the results above and beyond. Anastasia is multilingual and multicultural, giving her a comprehensive grasp of cultural references of international markets, helping the clients explore new opportunities.
Outside of work, Anastasia enjoys listening to and creating electronic music, going to photography exhibitions, and making Friday night dinners for friends.

Growth Solutions Associate
Kayan Paiva
Joining AIM in 2022, Kayan comes from a background in customer service, social media marketing, and account management. With a diverse skill set, Kayan uses his experience in media and marketing to visualize an outlook for his team and clients. He’s always thinking about the “big picture” and leans in on his passion for team building. Additionally, Kayan’s skills in talent acquisition and leadership will help him connect with others and enhance internal business systems. He believes great communication is the foundation of all successful businesses and wants to ensure the transparency that comes with it.
In his free time, Kayan likes to read/write fiction, practice boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and have a cozy night watching movies. He lives on a hobby farm (with pet cows and chickens!) and is slowly learning what it takes to be a farmer.

Associate Account Manager
Holly Hanau
With 5+ years of experience in copywriting and developing strategic marketing plans to grow her clients’ online presence, Holly joined AIM in 2022 after freelancing in content creation. In addition, Holly also has experience in event and community management, teaching English in Europe, and years of bartending and hospitality experience. She loves bringing creative ideas to life and seeing the impact that campaigns make. As a people person, she is excited to use these skills to cultivate partner relationships and support clients in the world of affiliate marketing.
Outside of work you can find Holly reading, listening to podcasts, practicing yoga, and enjoying the beach or hiking in the French Riviera. She is passionate about learning new languages, and all things astrology, and is a writer for an online feminist publication.

Katie Spoor
Joining AIM in 2022, Katie comes from a background in affiliate marketing having worked for both marketing agencies and affiliate publishers. Along with managing a wide range of different affiliate programs ranging from non-profits to retail, Katie is able to develop marketing campaigns and help clients reach their goals.
Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Katie is now based in Toronto after having previously lived in Madrid. Outside of work you can find Katie reading, baking bread, and finding new hiking trails around Southern Ontario. She also tries to travel as much as possible.
