This allowed us to establish a truly global presence.

“I started at AIM as a social media intern and quickly transitioned into affiliate Account Management. Over the years, I've expanded my role into Operations Management, and Client Experience Management, and now I serve as the Learning & Development Manager for our team. What’s kept me here? As cliché as it may sound, it's the people. Our team is composed of kind, honest, reliable, hardworking, and supportive individuals—everything you could want from your colleagues. My most cherished memory is from our most recent AIM Retreat in April 2023, where we biked through Stanley Park, explored forest trails, and enjoyed laughter-filled team dinners. My favorite thing about AIM is the trust, autonomy, and opportunities to own your work. This environment inspires me to come to work every day and support those around me in any way I can.”

It's definitely the people and the vibe. AIM isn't just a workplace—it's a community where everyone genuinely cares. One standout memory? Our recent AIM Retreat. Meeting my coworkers face-to-face after years of virtual chats was amazing. But there's more to AIM than work. We've got this hilarious thing going on with our love for the paranormal. What started as a shared interest among a few of us has turned into a full-blown AIM club. We've got our own Slack channel, we hold special meetings, and yep, we even did a company ghost tour at our retreat. Who else does that?
